SYN®-COLL is a patented innovative approach that is based on Pentapharm’s many years of experience in synthesizing peptides for the pharmaceutical industry. SYN®-COLL is a small peptide with a unique sequence to mimic the human body’s own mechanism to produce collagen via TGF-β. The product is offered unpreserved, as a ready to use water soluble solution.

Properties:
Collagen represents the main component of the ECM (Extra Cellular Matrix) of the dermal connective tissue. Thrombospondin I (TSP) is a multifunctional protein that activates the latent but biologically inactive form of TGF-β (Tissue Growth Factor). TGF-β is known as the key element in the synthesis of collagen and binds to a particular sequence in the TSP molecule. This sequence is known as ARG-PHE-LYS, being similar to this SYN®-COLL also has
the capacity to bind and therefore activate TGF-β.

Efficacy tests:
In vitro testing in human fibroblasts, SYN®-COLL has shown excellent collagen building capacity compared to the positive standard TGF-β (0.4 nM).

To prove the anti-wrinkle effect of SYN®-COLL, a study on 60 healthy volunteers has been performed. Various concentrations of SYN®-COLL (1% and 2.5% respectively) have been applied twice daily for 84 days.

It does make a difference!

I bought this product mainly for use on the tiny, but pesky, little lines under my eyes. I have been using this for about 10 days,1 drop,twice a day under the Platinum Eyes eye cream. The wrinkles actually look less deep and the skin seems to be more firm. The watery consistency means you have to work with it quickly, but that's okay. Its a small trade off compared to the actual benefits! Thanks Platinum skincare!

I bought a sample of this product. I used it at night. The consistency is watery with a slight stickiness. It cost a lot and I have to say that I didn't notice any difference in my skin from using it. Maybe you need to use it excessively. ( ? ) No luck for me with this product. ***Jennifer comment*** Yes, you do need to continue the product's usage. Syncoll stimulates the production of collagen in your skin - this does take a bit of time to see the difference. Cosmeceuticals actually CHANGE the composition of your skin. Please give this product more usage before you decide that it is not working. You should also use it 2x daily to boost its effects.

I'm loving this product! It took a few months before I really noticed a difference, but wow! The other day I realized how much better my eye area is looking. The fine lines and beginning of wrinkles are fading away. Yay!

Syncoll Active Improves Skin Tone and Tightens Pores

I adore this product. Within a few days of use, I noticed a significant improvement to my skin. My skin tone improved becoming more even, and my pores decreased in size. After continuous use, the product minimized small wrinkles, making them much less noticeable. Its skin firming properties are excellent. Great for use at home, traveling, or camping. I highly recommend it.
