Platinum Skin Care was the creation of Jennifer Tilney - Spa owner and cosmeceuticals manufacturer. Jennifer felt that there were not enough highly active products available to aid those with problem skin - a personal dilemma of her own. She teamed up with a pharmaceutical chemist to create her own line of professional skin care. The entire Platinum Skin Care cosmeceutical line is created specifically with Jennifer's strict requirements intact, and specializes in problem skin areas. All of her products are pH and % certified. They contain proper amounts of highly active ingredients to give your skin the added boost it needs to be clear, smooth and healthy.

You will find that our products are very special indeed. Our peels are created in an FDA and EPA registered laboratory. Each peel's acid percentage and pH level is certified. Our peels are formulated using only reagent acids. These are the highest quality acids available. We utilize Ultrapure acid which has been refined to be a 99% pure solution. Since the acid is free of contaminates, it leads to a more comfortable peel for the user. Another extremely important note is that our percentages are FREE ACID AVAILABILITY. This means that our 30% solution is a true 30% (of 100% glycolic base) glycolic peel - not 30% of a 70% (standard base) solution. Our adjusted peels are set at a 2.1 pH level, and our unadjusted (unbuffered) peels are set at their natural pH level of 0.6. *The lower the pH the more aggressive and quick the acid works. Copper Serum- Yes, the products we carry are from directly from Dr. Pickart. Procyte is his company as well. The products they carry are his 1st generation products. The products we carry are his New, 2nd generation. They are much stronger and very resistant to breaking down when used with potent products such as retin-a and glycolic acid creams!
