A Complete Strategy for Transforming Your Skin (Step by Step)

If you've ever felt like you're doing everything right, but your skin just won't change, this is the episode you need.

Today, I'm walking you through the exact method I've used to transform thousands of customers' skin, including my own. It's called the Platinum Protocol, and it's built on four simple layers.

A smart daily regimen, deeper treatments, optional boosters, and the most overlooked ingredient of all, time. If you've ever wanted to hit reset, finally get results, and stop spinning your wheels, this is the framework that actually works.

We are gonna discuss our Platinum Protocol, which is a four-layer plan. Let's start with the first layer of our protocol, which is?

Our regimen.

Our daily regimen.

Right, and this is simple. It is a regimen that, regardless of your plans, you don't have to have other goals in mind. You need a good regimen that's gonna address everything that your skin needs, right?

So number one, we need a cleanser, and we really like to make sure we have an acid in this cleanser, right? So we say an acidic cleanser, and that's because we want to exfoliate. An acid is a nice, easy way to exfoliate dead skin.

So boom, this is our revitalizing foaming cleanser. This has 10% glycolic acid. This is super for anybody, normal skin. We have a couple of cleansers, right? We actually have four cleansers.

If you have drier skin, we have our anti-aging cleanser, which has 5% lactic acid. That's gonna be more sensitive, a little bit milder. We also have our AB cleanser. That's for our acne-prone, oily skin types.

And then we have our Basics 3-in-1 cleanser, which is a 10% mandelic acid, and that one has some little scrubby beads in there. So if you like a little bit of physical exfoliation, still pretty gentle, that is something.

So that is number one. It is the easiest way to get your acid in. Acid leave-on serums can tend to be a much, much stronger, super way to start. So start with your acid cleanser.

Then next is any kind of treatment serum. So right here, as an example, we have our Fade Bright. You could be using Regenerate. You could be using Nano Hyaluronic and EXO Serum. Any serum you like.

Serum is your next layer. It is something that's gonna target any problems you have. So, like Fade Bright, for example, this is going to help target your hyperpigmentation or suppress melanin. If you're moving forward and you're gonna be doing a chemical peel or something along those lines.

That is like the mandatory preparation product.

Mandatory. Required if you're prepping for a peel. Next is going to be an antioxidant. There are a lot of antioxidants out there. We have our Secret Agent VI, which is predominantly vitamin C, but it's filled with other antioxidants.

So what if you don't have ours? You might have some at home. Maybe you've got some resveratrol or green tea. There are many different antioxidants. Just make sure you're using one because what an antioxidant does is it helps to fix damage that is happening every single day.

And that's where vitamin C really shines. Because as the sun hits your face and starts damaging the DNA, it damages your cells. We need something to repair that so you're not replicating damaged cells. Antioxidant, super important.

The next step is a moisturizer. Moisturizers are used, yes, they always contain treatment ingredients, but they're also used to help seal the moisture in your skin. So you're correctly hydrated.

We have GABA. So GABA is for normal to oily skin. We also have our Derma Snap for dry skin. Just choose the appropriate moisturizer for your skin.

Then, of course, if you would like, you could put on oil. That's not the biggest deal. Use one if you wish.

And then finally is an SPF. I generally recommend at least a 40, preferably 50. We have the COTZ Line that we carry here, which I think is phenomenal. I really love that one. There's some if you have oily skin, there's some if you have dry skin. There's a stick, there's a cream. There are all these different kinds.

You choose what works best for you. The most important thing is that you are applying SPF every single day if you're gonna be heading outside.

And reapply often if you're out in direct sun.

Yeah, you went to the beach or the pool, you need to reapply every two hours. And make sure, I wanna mention this, make sure you're applying enough. A pea-sized amount is not enough SPF.

When they do the test on SPF, to get the SPF factor of that bottle, let's say it's SPF 50, you should put an entire finger's worth on your finger. That is how much it takes. That's what was tested to keep your skin covered and to protect you.

If you're putting a little dab on, you might be getting only half the SPF. You might be getting like 20, 25, 10. If you're gonna be out in the sun, you need to put enough SPF on. You need to reapply every two hours. And just try to wear a hat or something that puts shade on your face. And that will really help.

And then at nighttime, there's one other thing to add on. And that is a retinoid. Retinoids are good for everything. Obviously, they're suitable for pigmentation. They're good for acne. They're good for wrinkles. They're ideal for everything.

And they also help to keep your pores clear and tight, and promote skin turnover. So, perfect. This is such a simple regimen, and it can be built upon, but these are your main things. Just super simple.

That is your foundation.

That is your foundation. It's where you start. Everyone needs to start here. And obviously, you pick which cleanser is best for you. You pitch what serum you need. You pick which moisturizer is best for you. You choose which SPF you like. You decide which percentage of retinoids you want. All of these are customizable, but those are the key products.

Absolutely. Okay, so the layer two is deeper treatments. So, protocol number one is your daily regimen.

Yes.

Second is our deeper treatments, such as peels and microinfusion.

Absolutely. So, you know, here just happens to be a TCA, for example, but we have a plethora of acids to choose from, whether you're sensitive, whether you have oily skin, if you have pigmentation, if you have scarring, whatever your problem is, there's an acid that is good for that need. And there's also an acid that's going to work for you. If you don't want a lot of flaking, you can choose a different option.

And to make this simple for you, take the peel finder tool quiz because you're going to put in, "What's my skin color? What's my skin type? How sensitive? Do you wanna see a lot of flaking? Do you not wanna see any flaking at all?”

You fill in and answer those, and it's gonna tell you which acid is best for your needs. And you can take it multiple times, you can take it for different areas of your body, whatever you want to do, but that is going to help you choose the appropriate peel if that's what you want to do.

Now, if you don't want to do a peel, let's say you want to do some microinfusion. Well, we have our Alqemi. I would suggest starting with the Alqemi suite, which is this box right here. This comes with six tools and six serums.

This is our EXO-EHR.

Epidermal Growth Factor.

Epidermal Growth Factor, Hyaluronic, and Replexium. So, Replexium is really good for collagen. This is collagen induction therapy. So, this is a perfect one to start with.

That is everything they need in that kit…

Yes. Now, of course, you can move forward. You can add different serums to the needle. We obviously have our exosomes, we have PDRN, and we will have EXO-Spot anytime soon. Those will all be options for you.

And let's say you want to use only that, or you want to use only the PDRN. You can purchase our refill kit, which includes just the tool and the needles, and then you can use your preferred serum.

Okay.

Right? So, you can do that.

All right. So, also, our devices play into that second level there.

Correct. So, super easy one. Anybody can do this. The LED mask.

Yes.

And we have the mask, and we also have the neck and decollete. So, this, obviously, has no downtime. Excellent for tightening the skin, collagen, and other beneficial substances.

These can also be used with other treatments. You know, you could use this after a peel. You could use this after your needling. So, something like this one can be used all the time. You know, painless. Just probably one of the easiest things to add on and get started with, especially if you're a little bit nervous to add on, you know, this next layer. Maybe it's a little scary for you. This would be a great place to start.

Yes.

And we also, of course, have the Viss IPL that we have carried for a very long time. This is Intense Pulsed Light, and it's not a laser. Like, there are different lights, fractionated lights, but this is called IPL, Intense Pulsed Light.

And this can be used for collagen induction and skin tightening. It can be used to help remove pigmentation marks. It's beneficial for acne. And I would generally recommend the rejuvenation head to begin with, because it's a large, large array that it treats.

This will also do a couple of other things. It has another specific cartridge for hair removal. So that's really not following into our facial thing. That's another use for this product. But those four options are layer two. That's all of your heavy-hitting products.

Absolutely. Moving along, step three would be our third layer, which would be more of our actives.

Yeah, our intense actives. So you've got a great regimen, and you're doing your treatments. Most of the time, you started here because you wanted to do one of these.

Okay, so you did this, you did this, your skin's looking beautiful. Now you're like, what else can I add in?

What can I add to boost these results?

Right, so that's when we get to things like Dr. Platinum potions, which are these little actives here. And these are very high percentages of active ingredients, such as SKINectura. This is Progeline. This one is Citrustem, Syn-TC. We have 10 different ones, okay?

And there's a lovely page. There's a page for each of these. And then if you'd like to combine them into a two-potion combo, you can pick two. Or you can choose four; we call that our four-potion combo.

We will custom put these in there for you. And now you've got a super serum. And you can just use that as one of your treatment serums for the day, right? So, let's say you apply, wash, and put your Fade Bright on, then you can put your two-potion combo on. You put that one on next.

So these are excellent. And I also want to add, too, if you're looking to, you know, pump up your micro infusion treatment, whatever serum that you are using, you could also add a drop of one of these to your serum to add more benefits to your needling.

Because these are concentrates, you know, there are many, many skincare products out there that may contain these ingredients, but it is just a fraction of what you're going to get in that bottle.

Oh yeah, these are all patented, you know, trademarked ingredients. We're just giving you that ingredient in a percentage you can work with. And they come in 35%, 50%, and 75%.

And that's it, you can't pick those percentages. Those are in relation to what it needs to be for that particular active. So, you know, Syn-TC is 75, Citrustem is 35. That's just the way it needs to be to give you the percentage of that active you need.

But these are a way to definitely kick up your regimen a notch into like next level.

Absolutely. Copper peptides?

I was just going to say, another great one to add on would be copper peptides. And we carry two. So let's just like get that out of the way real quick.

We have GHK, which is the first generation. This is wonderful. I would tell anybody who either has A, more sensitive skin, or B, somebody who isn't using acids at night. Cause we like to put this on at night.

So if you have a prescription for tretinoin, you can't put this on. If you're using serum 15 or serum 30 at night, you really don't want to put this on. I would tell you instead to use the second generation, which is the CP Serum, Super CP Serum, and Super Cop 2X.

These can be put right alongside an acid. So if you're using tretinoin, you can put your copper peptide right next to it. So I would use that as your guide. If you have sensitive skin or are using acids, you need to be careful with the GHK. Make sure you're choosing accordingly.

Absolutely. Do we have any other actives, or are those our major ones for our layer three boosters, correct?

I'm going to say those are the most important. Obviously, we have little things like masks and scrubs. Those can all be added.

We have the Derma‑Zyme enzyme mask, which can be done two to three times a week. It does scrubbing and enzymes that help to remove dead skin.

And then we also have Bubble Therapy.

Yeah.

So this has resveratrol and some lightening and brightening. This is like an oxygenating mask. You put it on and your whole face bubbles. This is a lot of fun.

Very popular.

And if you need some intense tightening, we have our Lucky Potion No. 9 over there. I have a couple of uses for that one. So if you have large pores, like a lot of people with oily skin tend to have huge pores, like on their nose and their chin, sometimes even right here on the forehead, take a little tiny drop of that and you can put it where you have large pores and it will tighten really tight those areas really tightly.

It'll be nice and smooth and flawless. Then you can put your makeup and other cosmetics on top, or it can be added to a normal serum or cream, or any other product you're using. You know, you add a pump to your Regenerate or nano hyaluronic.

Give you a little extra tightening for the day.

Add some tightening. So that's another super one. Of course, eye creams. So we have the two eye creams. We have our Platinum Eye Restoration Therapy, which is super good for dark circles.

Puffiness.

Puffiness. That can be used alone or with the Caffeine Eye Roller.

I always recommend them together.

As I say, if you have puffy under-eye bags and we need to get rid of the water that's under there, that's where the Caffeine Eye Roller comes in.

Put that eye roller on first, cause serum's first, and then put your cream on top. And then we also have the GHK Luxe Eye Cream, which is a copper eye cream. And that could also go on top of the Caffeine Eye Roller.

I think many people like to use Platinum Eyes during the day. And then they want to use the GHK at night.

Absolutely.

And I think that works really well for a lot of people cause they're both anti-aging, but they both have entirely different ingredients and different functions. So you're hitting the eye area with two or three different products.

You can also use some of the potions on the eyes. I tend to recommend Matrixyl Synthe'6 for the eye area. Very intensely. That one is really good for the eye area. You can add a drop to the eye cream you're about to apply or use it as a serum by itself, followed by your eye cream.

We've had great feedback on it, cause you can use the Eyelift Express and the Platinum Eye Cream on the upper lid as well.

Yes.

So, and the Luxe eye cream, of course.

Yes, you can. And the entire eye.

Like you said, they will use the eye roller in the morning, followed by the Platinum Eye. At night, they will use the eye roller followed by the GHK Luxe. Excellent results on hooded lids.

Nothing is instant. Even surgery is not instant.

It feels so much tighter.

Oh, it feels so smooth. You're just like, ‘Oh my gosh, I can't believe it.’ You can't wait to use it again. And you know, like I said, Lucky Potion, that's gonna tighten those pores in seconds.

And if you use the Derma‑Zyme enzyme mask, that is the same thing. You're scrubbing. I like to scrub it on and then leave it on for a few minutes, let those enzymes work, and then wipe it off. I actually do more scrubbing as I'm wiping it off, but boy, you are so smooth.

When that comes off, that's just like, that's like a happy dance time. You just feel amazing. And then the second you get that off, load on your water-based serums, keep that moisture in there, put your creams on, put oils on if you need to. And you know, that's gonna work.

So you get a little, a couple of little instant things, but for the majority of everything, it's gonna take time. It's gonna take time with peels. It's gonna take time with IPL, needling, everything takes time.

But you know, once you start looking, like go to the Platinum Transformation page and take a look, and there are tons of photos on there. Go to any product on our website, and there's an entire strip. It says like “customer experiences.” If you click on any one of those photos, it will say "See all experiences," I think, right above it.

So if a customer is feeling a little discouraged, that is a fantastic place for them to go to see real results from real customers who send us their reviews and photos.
