Introducing the Daily .3 PDRN & DNA Enzyme Ampoule!
You have to like listen to your customers, right? Which I always, always try to do.
Oh yes.
And a lot of them want things for barrier repair.
Yes, absolutely.
I can't go a day without hearing "barrier, barrier, barrier" 500 times. Everybody's concerned about their barrier.
Yes.
And this particular product was created for things like that.
All right. So, for the second week in a row, we are launching a brand-new platinum skincare product. This one has also been much waited for. This is our new PDRN serum, suitable for daily use.
Right. So we started off with our alchemy needling set, right? And we have a variety of serums that can be needled into your skin. One of those was a PDRN serum, and that is amazing. And people wanted to start using it daily, but you know, it wasn't meant for that. It doesn't contain preservatives. It's not, it's meant to be like needled into your skin, and then you're done with it.
Right.
So that just got me thinking, okay, I need to come up with a daily PDRN product.
Nice. Yeah.
And people are just clamoring for PDRN because it's so good for your skin. I mean, it's absolutely everything. It's just, it's healing and good for scars, and good for moisturizing. And it's just so good. And you know, you have to like, listen to your customers, right? Which I always, always try to do.
Oh, yes.
And a lot of them want things for barrier repair. I can't, I can't go a day without hearing barrier, barrier, barrier. 500 times a day. Everybody's concerned about their barrier. And this particular product was created for things like that, for barrier repair, for deep hydration to get that PDRN in there, and a slew of other botanicals. Like this, this thing is filled with amazing ingredients, and it also contains DNA repair enzymes, which is another ingredient request. And we have our Cell Intel, which is obviously the big Mac daddy of DNA repair.
Got it.
Think of this as if you're focusing on DNA repair enzymes, obviously, Cell intel is your number one. Think of this as a partner to that.
Okay.
You know, I wanted to add DNA repair enzymes in here just to help keep building on that, that premise that that's something we want to be putting on our skin every day. And just because it's so good for you, it's so good for fixing the damage that we're getting every single day. So I felt like, why not add it to this? I mean, this is predominantly a PDRN serum for healing and everyday use. I've been using this every day for obviously a couple of months now. And I absolutely love it. Like a lot of times you put a serum on, and it's not really moisturizing, you know, you kind of put them on, and then it's like, oh, like I didn't put anything on my skin.
But this isn't like that. This is more hydrating than that. There are many things in here that provide long-lasting moisture. So if you're one of those who has drier skin or, you know, certain times of the year, your skin is redder, flakier, you know, like wintertime right now.
Oh, yeah.
Even my skin is a little bit dry now. And I technically have oily skin. If you've been doing peels or needling and want healing afterward. And if you have skin problems, like we have our own, our HR girl here, right? She has rosacea. And I said, hey, I want you to try this. I think you're really going to like the PDRN. She loves it. She absolutely loves it. I gave her some last week or the week before. So she's had it for like one or two weeks. And she was just here yesterday, and she was just like, “Oh, my gosh.”
She's loving it.
“I love this.” She's like, “I think my skin looks better.” And she does. She gets like rosy because she's had rosacea for 30 years now. And she noticed a difference in her skin. So I don't want to say it's any kind of treatment, cure, or anything like that. I would never say that. But it's wonderful to use if you have problem skin like that.
Now, could you use this in the morning and at night?
Yes, yes. You can use this as often as you want. And let's just go with the percentage. Now, when we look at this, it's almost like you have to think of this as almost like a retinoid term. You know, it's 0.3 percent. Gosh, that doesn't sound like it's a lot, right? But it is for PDRN. And if you think about like medical needling, our Alchemy PDRN is at 0.56 percent, right? Okay. And that is like a medical grade percentage. Because the percentages that we're talking about are not, and this is a big distinction between our product and other products on the market, okay, that are claiming higher percentages. What they're doing is they're claiming it's a percentage of a compound, right? Okay. So this is the percentage of the actual PDRN.
There's nothing else in there but PDRN. There's no water. It's not created into a serum that's, let's say, 98 percent, 1 percent, 1 percent preservative or something. And that creates this serum, this ingredient. And then when you use that ingredient and pour it into something, now they're claiming, oh, it's 1 percent, it's 10 percent. No, it's not. Like that's not what it is. It's 0.1 percent, 0.05 percent. So, you understand that when somebody claims high percentages, 0.3 percent is very high for a daily-use product, right?
The packaging is lovely.
The packaging is darling.
So our microneedling is 560,000 parts per million. And if that's 0.5, so this one could be extremely high comparative to what's out there. Because most I've seen might be 5,000 parts per million or 10,000.
Right.
So this is potentially…
I've seen 0.001 parts per million.
Well, I've seen many products that have very, very low percentages.
Very low percentages.
You're basically not getting any.
No, you're not. It's microscopic. So that's why I wanted to kind of stress that. Like this is a very good percent for daily use. And don't be misled by people who claim that this liquid version is 10 percent of that or 1 percent of that. Yeah, but that's 98 percent water. That's not the PDRN percentage you're claiming.
So this is a true percentage.
This is the actual PDRN. And this is, you know, like medical-grade stuff, good stuff. So yeah, the packaging is darling. I had fun with it.
I see that.
If people know what PDRN is or don't, I'll let you find out in your own time.
I like to say marine DNA.
Marine DNA. Yeah, or salmon generally. Yeah.
But yeah, this is darling, and it's... Very pretty. We always have fun. We're kind of redoing some of our packaging. We're having a bit more fun with the ingredients and letting them influence the packages' designs.
So this one, we wanted to make this to show you, like, how medical-grade it is. So this is like, you know, an awesome, you pull out your little dropper tip in here. And then we have our bottle. And this is very much in line with our alchemy line. Like our little medicinal bottles here. I want to put my glasses on because I can't see. And then I'm going to show you how to open this. Just like a medical vial. You're going to see two little arrows up. That's where you're going to put your thumb, and then just pull it across, and pull that tab, and then we'll be able to just take that right off. And…
Super simple.
So super, super easy to open.
Okay.
And then we'll just pop this on, which might take me some finagling. This is a very tight fit, but now it's on. And so we can see the product. It's not a clear serum. It is like, I'm going to call it brown, but it's like a beige tea.
Yeah.
Yeah. And it's very liquid. And what ingredient is making it that color? That's actually the Arabidopsis thaliana. There's a very high percentage of that in here, and it's a brown. So that's why you're seeing the brown.
One of the DNA repair enzymes.
Got it.
Is brown. And we did an extra high percentage of that in here. Just, you know, for fun. And then all we have to do is just take this little tip off and then apply it, you're going to squeeze this, right? So this is how I do it every day. I like to give like a good squeeze, and you see it comes out really easily.
Nice.
And then I'll just obviously put it in my hands and put it on my face. I won't do that. We'll just put it on my hands for right now. But, you know, a nice thin serum. So this is obviously one of your first serums.
Yes.
I put this one on first, most days.
On the side of the box, it does say, yeah. So you'd put your, you know, do your cleanser, your toner if you use one.
Yeah.
And then your serums. So this would be a.
Exactly.
Number two product, or if you're not using a toner, or number one.
Yeah. So, you know, people are always asking for an application order. We always try, especially with anything new. There are only maybe a few older boxes that don't have it. But we always have your application order on here.
That's nice.
You know, everything you see is exactly what level this is. So really, the only thing that would ever go on before this is an acid serum, like Serum 15, Serum 30, or Fade Bright. Those are the only ones that would go on prior to this. And this is a full ounce. So this is going to last you a long time. This is equivalent to any one of our daily, you know, one-ounce boxes. And any of our other products, they're always one ounce. And I have been using the box I took home since we got it weeks ago. And I feel like it's still very full.
And I do it twice a day. So I do a lot of this. I use it in the morning. I use it at night. This is really like the first product I put on. I really like this one.
So you're putting this on full strength, not mixing it in a little cocktail.
No, no, no need to dilute it by any means. But I mean, could you? Yeah. I mean, you could certainly, you know, put some of this in your hand, a pump of this, a pump of that, mix it together, and put it on. I think some people like to do that with their water-based serums, but you don't have to.
Anything that you cannot use with it?
Nope. That's great.
Nope, I cannot think of a single thing that is a reason not to put it on at the same time as this, like the things that, you know, retinoids, vitamin C, copper, it's all fine.
This doesn't have many rules, then. I like this.
It doesn't. It can go on at any time. And obviously, this was meant to be an everyday product.
Yes.
That's its goal. So you can keep your PDRN and our Alchemy line, and use that for your needling. That's where it is best served. This is best served every single day on your face. And that's why we added the ingredients you'll want to use daily in here.
Yeah.
And things that we can't put in needling serums. Like we want that to be as pure. We don't want any kind of bulking things. We don't want hydrants. We don't want glycerin and stuff like that. Those kinds of ingredients can go into your daily products because you want them to stay on your skin. It's not something being needled into your skin.
Let's go back to the DNA Repair Enzymes. To be clear, this is not a replacement for Cell Intel. Cell Intel is still the powerhouse of DNA enzymes.
Cell Intel is the key DNA repair enzyme product. This one has them in there as well, a little lower quantity.
Sure.
But they're still there in a substantial quantity. Who knows? It's probably even more than other people have in there, but not as much as Cell Intel.
Any issues with using this daily serum with Cell Intel?
Not at all. Not at all. They can hold hands and put them together. I put them on together every single day.
Nice.
As I said, I like to always put this one first. I don't know why. I just do. My little big root there is enough to get it all over my face, my eyes, my root, down my neck, and down here. Then that's where I go to the next. I do a pump of Secret Agent. I do a pump of Cell Intel. I do a pump of another product that I'm working on. Then I also add my Regenerate, mix it all together, and put it on. That's kind of been my daily cocktail lately because I'm testing another product at the same time. Always something new.ways something.
Always something new.
Always trying to stay ahead of the game here, right? You're always working at something.
You do have the ingredients for it if you want to go through any of them.
Yeah. All right. So I'll leave it right there. We're talking about barrier repair. So outside of DNA. Well, let's talk about DNA repair first, because it's obviously a key component in this. So, DNA repair enzymes help to fix your DNA. They don't really do anything else. Your DNA and the deeper layers of your skin are affected by UV sunlight every day. And it doesn't matter if you have sunblock on or not. It passes through the sunblock and can damage your DNA. Many, many thousands of damages on each DNA strand every single day. Your body is capable of healing probably half of those. So that means, as you move into the next day, you've already got a deficit.
It's compounded.
Every single day, you've still got some that your body can't take care of, and they start getting bigger. And there's a lovely, like, window. I can't remember exactly what that window is, somewhere between 14 days or something like that. Like, if you don't fix those problems, you don't heal that DNA. Then they start becoming problems. Like you've got a little window to fix them. So your body can fix like 50% of it. But once we start adding things like this to your topical DNA repair, now we can get all of that fixed. So what we're doing is think of DNA as like from here on. Like, yes, it can heal previous damages, and it will. But its focus is today and onwards.
Our focus is to prevent further damage. And then after a while, that'll just finally catch up. And you know, when you're talking a couple of months in the future, your skin is going to look so much better.
Excellent.
So much better. And then, you know, all like for the barrier.
Now that it repairs barriers, could someone apply it after the peak?
Yes. Yes.
Nice.
Yes, yes, yes. I think this would be amazing to put on after a peel, then put your Emu oil on top, your essential healing blend on top of that, or mix them together. And there's another product that kind of goes hand in hand with this one coming out.
We have a new mask coming out, a sheet mask that's my goal was for you'll be able to apply the PDRN after chemical peels, after needling. So you can use a serum or a mask. So we have that coming on.
Yeah, that's going to be great.
Let's take a look. I'm just reading from our page here. Like we have ceramides in there. And then chitosan forms a protective layer on the skin, helping with healing and retaining moisture. And then another ingredient that people have been asking for, and I've already put it in one other product, I just added it into the Nano Hyaluronic recently, is ectoin.
Oh, yes.
And that is another one that's really, really going to help with hydrating the skin. And it's just a key product that somebody brought to my attention. And it was actually the first time I ever heard of it. And then I started looking into it. I'm like, “Oh, my gosh, this would be so good to add.” I always find out great things from our customers. I like love that. Have you heard of this?
No, I haven't.
You know, I don't know where you heard of it, but I did. And now I've got it in two products already. And I'm sure it will be in future products. Another good one, you know, vitamin B, of course, people love vitamin B. We have our vitamin B cream, but it's always good to have vitamin B in a lot of different things.
Absolutely.
And then, of course, there's some anti-aging. You got your Matrixyl 3000 in here.
I love that.
A stable form of vitamin C, the oat peptides, soluble protein glands, glucosides, jojoba, metal foam seed, and metal foam. We have another one, too. I can't remember what that one is. Aloe vera, so many different things. There is an ingredients list that takes up this entire side panel of all these wonderful things. And the goal when creating this, coming up with these ideas, and brainstorming which ones would be the best is to ensure this heals, hydrates, and protects the skin. And like my goal was to be able to use this, like you were saying, like after a peel, after needling, when your skin is fragile and needs more.
If you have aging skin that's dry, fragile, and crepey, or if you just did a treatment, this is the kind of product for you. And I would recommend this to anybody. I love this. But specifically, if you're having issues with your skin, you're dealing with dry skin, you're dealing with crazy problems happening.
What about acne-prone?
I mean, I'm acne-prone, and I don't have any issues with this. If your skin is irritated and you need like that repair, like let's say you're excessively dry, you're excessively irritated, things are going on, then yeah, it could be beneficial. It's a light, water-based serum that won't exacerbate anything like that. So I think it would be all right.
Could it help someone who has, like, inflammation from cystic acne and similar conditions?
I think so. Usually, I recommend Regenerate for anyone with cystic acne, and it will still be number one for me. But I mean, it could be helpful. I think like there's a point where like your skin is just really irritated and maybe dry because you're doing harsh treatments.
Maybe you're doing peels. I think it will be very healing. Think of it as like you're healing, hydrating, barrier repair, like something that is going to put like a nice, almost layer over your skin to keep the moisture in, protect it, and heal it.
Molecular magic.
Molecular magic. That is it.
Someone who might be getting dry skin or irritation from, let's say, vitamin A or another strong active ingredient, would this be a perfect combo to mix with?
Absolutely. Absolutely.
So you could do a drop or two of this with like a pump of Fusion A.
Starting your Fusion A and it's, you know, what we're saying. Yeah, you only use it maybe, you know, sometimes we suggest those retinoids because they can be irritating. Start off with maybe two days a week. If your skin tolerates, go for three days. But still, I mean, some people are extremely sensitive. You could dilute it with this by adding, like, a pump of your Fusion A, Tretinone, or whatever you're using. And then mix some of this together. You can dilute it or just put it on at the same time. So you have all these helpful ingredients in there as opposed to just, you know, the irritants, which retinoids are.
It says it boosts collagen. So I mean, this is good for anybody.
And then you've got your Matrixyl 3000 in there, which we don't have in any other products either. We have the Matrixyl Synthe'6, but this is the Matrixyl 3000. There are lots of Matrixyl. There's Matrixyl, Matrixyl 3000, Matrixyl Synthe'6, and I believe there are a couple of others as well. And they all have like subtle different focuses, always anti-aging, always collagen and elastin, and things like that. Always anti-aging focused. And this is very anti-aging focused for sure.
Super healing, super anti-aging. It says leaving your complexion smoother, firmer, and more resilient.
Yes. I think people are going to really, really love this. I love this product. Like I use it every single day.
So morning and night, you could use it post-peel. Is this something you could put on before using an LED mask as well?
You absolutely could. Yeah. Well, we're talking about our other new launch.
Yes.
With the SolEos mask. And there are a couple of different options. I don't want you putting on multiple serums before using any kind of LED, laser mask, or anything; choose one.
Right.
You know, you can do Cell Intel or this one.
Got it.
I wouldn't do them both. I wouldn't, you don't want lots on your skin. You want your skin moisturized.
Got it.
And of course, like with plankton extract, the light, the blue light specifically, blue or purple, helps to activate the plankton extract. So if you're doing that at night in a dark room and need something to trigger it, you can absolutely use it.
It's covering every basis.
Yeah.
But it's like a perfect partner product to something else. So the first time my wife got to use one of the PDRN things that are coming soon.
Oh, yes. Can't wait for that.
More PDRN stuff.
Yeah.
More new products are coming.
She did it after a Microblading. She basically said, “I've never recovered as fast.”
Awesome.
Right. And the next day, she said she was glowing from it because normally she's all irritated.
I like that.
Yep. And that is exactly, you know, the focus of this is for every day, but for healing, for recovery, things like that, barrier repair, and PDRN. I mean, that's what PDRN is known for, right? When we're dealing with PDRN, it's good for scarring. It's good for, you know, problems with your skin. I mean, that's why it's just like good for every single day use. Of course, it's going to heal after treatments and things.
Of course.
I just, I think it's like perfect to put on after peels, which is why you'll have options.
Yeah.
You'll have options very, very soon.
That's amazing.
You might need multiple PDRN products, I think.
And I love that we complemented this product with the DNA enzymes.
Yeah.
So it just makes it good for anyone.
I want to put those in more things.
Yeah.
I do. I feel like they're so important.
Oh, sorry. I was saying I like that the DNA repair enzymes are in multiple products because it gives someone with a different skin situation a way to get them. Maybe they don't have enough budget for Cell Intel, but they're, you know, they have a lot of redness or don't need PDRN. Now they have it still.
Right.
So it really gives you the flexibility to have those benefits and different product types for different skin types.
Absolutely.
Well, yeah. And my goal is always to make sure we have something for everybody, or at least something that can be used by everybody, or something focused on a specific problem. So, yeah. So let's talk about some of the frequently asked questions that are, of course, on the website for you.
Yeah.
So like…
Is it vegan?
Is it vegan? Right. So when you talk about like vegan things, anything that comes from an animal is considered, you know, not vegan. That's like honey, even when an animal isn't injured.
I gotcha.
You know, like they leave the honey.
Yeah.
We take the honey, but that's what makes it, you know, not vegan. So no, this is not vegan. But I do want to state, with 100% accuracy, that nobody was harmed in the making of this product.
Absolutely not.
Not at all.
No.
Right. It does come from marine animals, particularly salmon. And no, they're not harmed at all. The salmon, naturally, you know, release this essence into the water on an annual basis, and, you know, catching it, that's the hard part.
Right.
But yeah, this is... Nobody was harmed in making this, because I don't feel comfortable with that either. What a couple of other ones.
How long will it last?
So, you know, when we talk about the airless, you get approximately 150 pumps.
Right.
I would consider one of these squeezes. Let me do a squeeze. It's very watery. I would say that a full... I squeezed the whole thing. I would say that is equivalent to a pump. So you'll be able to use this for 150 days or 75 days if you use it twice a day. It's going to last a long time. As I said, I've been using the same bottle for weeks now without any problems.
One question is: how does this differ from something basic like hyaluronic acid?
Not everybody wants hyaluronic, right? So there are other ways to moisturize your skin. Now, we have hyaluronic acid in many different products, not in this one. We have it in, you know, Regenerate, obviously, our Nano Hyaluronic. It's in the Serum 15, Serum 30. It's in most of the products. It's not the only way to hydrate your skin, of course, but it's beneficial. So, I mean, this is a different way, right? There are different things in here. There are things that help your skin perform better, creating its own moisture, right? And obviously, different ingredients in here to help retain that moisture.
Obviously, it's water-based. And just to keep your skin even more moisturized, I also wanted to mention that, because a lot of people with dry skin are going to want to use this, you apply these products to damp skin. You know, once you've washed your face, you don't have to like dry it all the way, like with a towel and buff that, you know, barely dry your skin. And then you can apply your water-based serums. They're going to penetrate beautifully. And you won't have to worry about, you know, adding more moisture to that.
Is it safe to use during the peeling phase?
Absolutely.
Yes.
Absolutely. I feel like, you know, you don't want to day one after you've rinsed off your peel. Obviously, that's your magic day when you want to put all your wonderful activities on it. What a perfect time to put something like this on.
Oh, yeah.
And if you're not flaking the next day, since it's so moisturizing, you could potentially put it on more if you want. But I hate to see people waste products on skin that's just dead. And it's in that, like, tightening, thickening, drying-out part. So day one for sure. Other than that, really just concentrate more on, you know, keeping your skin comfortable with things like the oils. I think that's a better use. And when you're mostly done flaking, you could put this on. Or when most of it's off, let's say, you know, there's the occasion when people might accidentally tear a piece off, or they did a deeper peel than they planned. And that skin came off, and it's pink. Okay. Now is a perfect time to put PDRN on.
Got it.
To put epidermal growth factor on. Those are going to heal. Emu oil is going to heal. Essential oils are going to heal. So, like, those four products are perfect to put on if you've over-peeled or been too zealous.
Right.
If you've done an expense on occasion. It does on occasion. People go a little bit crazy and put a little bit too much on, or do something, or pull something. For sure. Wiped it off in the middle of, you know, sleeping.
Sure.
Things happen.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
What about after the dream peel? You know how, like, dream peel you apply for three days, and then for two days if you're sensitive. And then a few days later, your skin starts to peel or flake. This would be a good one to even keep your skin kind of moisturized.
Soothing and calm. A little bit of moisturizing. Yeah. This, this probably mixed with like the essential healing blend. I really like the essential healing blend after the dream peel. I feel like it almost feels better to me than emu oil does. For whatever reason, I don't know. I find it doesn't burn as much. But my skin is just hypersensitive after a Dream Peel.
Mine is as well. I'm curious if this is because sometimes even things that shouldn't sting or burn do.
Yeah, exactly. Yeah. So I know that's something I want somebody to try too. When they get that, try that and tell me. Yeah. How you, you know, post in the video. After you've used it after Dream Peel. Because we have so many people who have our Dream Peel.
Absolutely.
When you use this after a Dream Peel, let us know how it feels. Because yeah, I'm going to go do that too. I'm going to, I'm going to do that. I've been wanting to do a peel. So I think, I think I'm going to do something with the Dream Peel next. So that I can try this.
Yeah, because dream peel gives you just like that, like light, I mean, you get a lot of flaking. But it's a different type of peel than a traditional TCA or a Jessner peel, of course.
Yes.
Yeah. Yeah.
I think this would be really, really nice to complement that.
Yeah, well, with its whole healing, hydrating, protecting, repairing. I think it's a super product to use. I think that's a good, good call.
Awesome. Well done on this new product. And it's just, we have so many new things coming around.
I can't wait for all the feedback. I think people are going to love this.
Absolutely.
I know I do. So I know you will too.
Excellent.
