I decided to try more of your products and ended up getting the Serum 30 Glycolic and the Mandelic. It has all kinds of good stuff in it that helped maintain my results. Then I got the Super Copper, and when I used it as you suggested, my skin started to firm up and brighten even more. The results from the peel were lasting.
Any time I’ve had a question, you’ve always been there to answer—on Facebook, your website, or even by phone. Even when you’re closed, you always get back to me. That means so much to me—and I’m sure to others, too.
My experience with you has been nothing but great. I had an issue with one of the little vials I ordered—it turned out to be my fault—but I messaged you anyway, and you still took care of me. I thought the bottle wasn’t full, but I didn’t realize the bottles are bigger than what you fill them with. Still, you helped me, and I appreciate that.

Before using your products, my skin was losing firmness, I had deep lines on my forehead and under my eyes, and it looked dull. I even had a mimic line between my eyebrows that I’m still working on—but it’s looking much better now. Over a year ago, I started looking for new skincare because what I had been using for a decade just wasn’t working anymore. I spent so much money before I found you. One product from another brand even made my skin look worse.
That was my skin before Platinum. I had lines, loss of firmness, and loose skin around my neck. Now, your products have helped tighten everything. I’ve been using the Retinol 30, and I can’t believe what it’s done. The lines on my forehead are almost gone, and the mimic line between my eyes is barely noticeable. I also got the night cream, which I love—so moisturizing. And your prices! For what you get, they’re just amazing. It’s refreshing to get something that works and not pay a fortune for a tiny one-ounce container.
I’ve also tried your body wash and Dry Pore body lotion. My skin feels so soft. At first it got a little rough, but I stuck with it like you suggested. A customer tip about dampening the skin before applying the lotion really helped it last longer. I love the scent, too—my husband even commented on it the first time I used it in the shower.
I also got the Matrixyl (I’m probably saying that wrong!) about three weeks ago and am already seeing softer skin. I can’t wait to see more results. I ordered the lip kit, which came with the 20% TCA peel. I was dying to try that one after watching your videos. It’s a deeper peel, and I wasn’t sure how my skin would react, but it worked beautifully. My skin looked fantastic after just one layer.
That kit also came with the 7375 and Luminosity. I’ve had very little irritation, which surprised me for something so strong. Just a little mild stinging around the eyes, but nothing major.
Everything I’ve purchased, I’ve loved. Your products do what they say they’ll do—just follow the directions and give it time. Even the bag that came with the lip kit—I love that little bag!
I also got your Apple Hydration Mask and plan to buy more of that. I’ve loved almost everything I’ve tried. The only thing that wasn’t perfect for me was the GABA—it smells great and has potential, but I needed more moisture. You suggested I try the Snap-8 instead, and I plan to do that.
I do like the ABC cream, though I’m not sure if I’ll order a full size just yet—I want to try other products, and I’m not sure how it layers. But I’m definitely getting the High Octane Vitamin C. I love the way it smells and what it’s done for my skin—it really pushed the lightening even further.
I’ve also tried your L-ascorbic acid (I think that’s what it’s called) with grape stem cells. Loved it! I’m just so happy with your products. I can’t wait to get more—or give them as gifts.

I had freckles across my nose, and those are fading too. I truly believe Platinum Skin Care cares about their customers. I believe Jenny, who I think has struggled with acne, understands what we go through. Aging is a battle, but with the right skincare, it doesn’t have to be so bad.
