Tried Everything for Redness & Melasma? Try This Instead.
If you struggle with redness, blotchy skin, or irritation that just won't go away, I hear you. But what if there was a way to calm your skin, rebuild its barrier, and actually heal inflammation from within? Today, we're sharing how to get rid of chronic redness and irritation finally. And we have an incredible story from one of our customers who did just that.
For anyone struggling with redness, they can feel very overwhelmed, like nothing is helping. What's really happening beneath the skin, and what can someone do, if they have chronic redness, to help soothe that and make their skin feel nice and fresh? It's an inflammatory issue, correct? Yeah, if you're dealing with constant redness, something's going on in your body. Most of the time, if it's not something that's just here and gone, this is like chronic, a lot of times it's rosacea, or possibly you have another underlying medical condition.
So, you really want to find products and things that will help reduce the inflammation. And I mean, it doesn't even have to be a product. It can also be something that you're doing daily.
Because if you have rosacea, and you're drinking alcohol, or other things stimulate inflammatory responses in your body, you're just continuously going to have problems, so you have to watch your diet. And you need to try to include supplements that are calming and balancing for the skin, like ashwagandha, things like that, that help your body to maintain a nice balance. And I don't want to push ashwagandha for any means, but it's just good for a lot of things.
And of course, you know, topical products, things that help to reduce inflammation, calm the skin, and heal things. Kind of help with that redness reaction. Some people have really reactive skin to certain things as well.
Yeah, I mean, like even you, don't you? Oh, yes, absolutely. If you were to put retinoids on, you'd get all red and irritated for sure.
Even at night, when I cleanse my skin, my face gets really red. It's just, I have more reactive, sensitive skin, even though I've been using our amazing line forever. I just am more sensitive to certain things, especially retinoids.
Well, I think you are how you are, right? I mean, like, I may not have that redness when I do that, but you know, if I do a peel or something, my skin will turn pink, for sure. Or if I do, you know, microinfusion or something, my skin will totally get pink and inflamed. But then I don't feel like I have sensitive skin by any means.
I don't know, it's interesting. But I think, you know, we have to focus on a couple of, you know, get smart with what you're doing as long as you've, like, identified that you have this problem.
And let's say it is a chronic problem. Indeed, you want to see a doctor, right? You want to see a dermatologist or your family doctor, somebody who's going to tell you what's happening. Because what if it's related to a medication you're on or something that you're consistently touching is causing a reaction with you? Or if you have rosacea.
I mean, you want that diagnosed. You need to know what you have. Like, you can't self-medicate.
You can't self-diagnose. I mean, we can't play Dr. Google. You really do have to find out what is wrong with me.
Because, you know, the cure or treatment for one thing, you know, might be terrible for, let's say, someone with rosacea skin. Like, that's not okay with someone with this skin type. So let's move on.
And, like, let's say once you have your diagnosis and you know, well, I have to use gentle things, I have to be careful, or maybe a prescription for this. Get things approved with your doctor, of course, and then move forward from there. Because let's say, you know, you want to do a chemical peel for another reason, but you have rosacea.
Right. You know, you have to be very careful what you choose. Very true.
We don't want you to use anything that causes a high inflammatory response. So, you know, Mandelic 22, that's pretty much all we offer. It doesn't mean you can't do something else.
It's, of course, always your choice. But that's the safest because it's the least inflammatory. Right.
Exactly. I love Mandelic 22. I do, too.
I think it's an excellent choice. I mean, not everybody wants to have a peeling face all the time. No, they don't.
And it's the consistency part that helps, you know, be consistent. And it helps smooth, relieve the redness. We have some other products as well that are very good at suppressing the redness, helping to ease that inflammation.
Yeah, there are definite things. And I would say, like, you know, number one that we usually offer is the vitamin C. Vitamin C, even though when you apply it, there's almost a little stinging effect, it's highly anti-inflammatory. So something like this mixed with our hyaluronic was always our go-to.
Yeah. Right? For anybody that had rosacea. Yeah.
But now we have even more things that are amazing for rosacea. And I'm almost more excited about these because these kinds of things here, we have our EXO-PDRN and we have our EXO-AD, which is the human adipose exosomes. Both of these help to actually target the root causes of redness and inflammation to help heal and balance the skin.
And we didn't have this before. So these are things that are, you know, cutting-edge new things here that are going to be excellent for rosacea. And you can apply those as a daily product, correct? You don't have to microinfuse them.
No. You can mix those two and have that as part of your daily regimen. Yeah, I mean, and bringing up that point real quick, microinfusion, needling, that's not good for someone.
Let's say if your redness is because you have rosacea. Sure. You don't want to do the needling.
Right. But that doesn't stop you from using these products every day. These, yes, these can be needled into the skin, but that's not the only way that you can apply them.
You can just, you know, take them and put the little dropper cap on here and use this, you know, every single day as a daily product. And I recommend mixing the two. I would combine the exosomes and the PDRN and create yourself a lovely serum.
And you could even add a little hyaluronic to that, whatever you want. Put that on. Oh, yeah, Regenerate.
One of the potions. There are so many things. And there's a lot of room.
When you take the little AD bottle, I like to mix the AD and the PDRN at home. When you have that mixed up, you're feeling like, I don't know, it's about half the bottle. And I like to add the Regenerate.
And it took me 25 pumps of Regenerate to actually fill that bottle up. Wow. So that's literally three products in there, and shake it.
And I use that every day for twice a day for, you know, two, three weeks. Interesting. So that's, yeah, you get a lot of use out of that.
And they're just super healing and super for redness. Okay, so exciting new review that we just got regarding some of our latest products that we were just discussing. I just want to read it.
Yeah, yeah, read it. Okay. It's regarding the ALQEMI EXO-AD.
My skin is saying, Wow, and thank you. I have red, blotchy Scandinavian skin that throws temper tantrums. Years ago, my dermatologist had me apply chemotherapy cream for precancerous cells.
It worked, but it wrecked my skin. After a month of using ALQEMI EXO-AD and EXO-PDRN, my skin has begun to heal and transform. The blotchy redness is drastically reduced.
The texture is softer, and my skin looks so much healthier. I've stopped the madness of buying so many other products that are useless after using this. That's awesome.
Isn't that amazing? That is awesome. And that is precisely these two that we were talking about, the exosomes and the PDRN. Yes.
Because they're addressing her issues, like, at the core, and helping to heal that in the skin, and I'm just so excited about what the potential for some of these things is. Absolutely.
I'm getting fantastic feedback from clients on the phone. And just a review like this really concretes the whole concept of everything. Just the entire idea of this.
It's just amazing. Awesome. This ALQEMI line is just five-star.
Yeah. Because this is a little hard to treat, you know, redness. There are just so many causes for it.
For sure. And if you can find something that can improve the way this is looking, then yay, that's a win all around. I agree.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that we have to use the proper products. Right. We have to, you know, maintain good daily balance, diet, be conscious of what's causing these issues for you, follow a regimen, and not use things that are going to aggravate your skin in the long run.
Like, you may not be a contender for acids or peels, or needling. Make sure you focus on what's going to be healing and healthy for your skin, not just, you know, what's current or new on the market that might not be good for you. And she's not the only one.
Inside our Peel Nation Facebook group, we have thousands of women sharing their results, their journeys, and helping each other every day. If you want to see real transformations and get support, join us. What else did we not cover? Let's talk about things that don't work.
What could somebody be using if they have chronic redness that would be working against them? Yeah, definitely things like acids and, you know, a little bit of exfoliation are good, but somebody with redness and, you know, highly sensitive skin like that, you can't use that every single day. That's probably far too harsh, like acid serums, chemical peels. Those are a no-no.
Kind of counterproductive. Needling, that's a no-no. Things that are just harsh and irritating that sting when you put them on.
I mean, you need things that when you put them on, it feels like, ah, you know, calming and healing. Even stuff like emu oil. Like, I didn't even mention emu oil and the hyaluronic combinations like that going on your skin all the time.
And I feel like you still need a little smidge of exfoliation. I mean, everybody needs a little bit. But if you use, like, one of the mild cleansers we have, the anti-aging cleanser, which only has 5% lactic, use that a few times a week.
Yeah, you don't have to do it daily. It doesn't have to be every day. Right.
I think those things, if you can just stay on track using things that are good for your particular problem and your needs, then you will be all right. Absolutely. So it's kind of a mix of everything, right? You've got to have a good diet, drink a lot of water, use the proper products, healing and soothing things, find out what you're reacting to, and kind of eliminate that.
Yeah. So I think if a customer did all of those things, I think they would be happy. I do, too.
It would help them. Yep. That's what they need.
So we know that the EXO-AD and the PDRN really help with the redness. Right. Is it going to help repair the skin barrier? Absolutely.
The exosomes, the human adipose exosomes, which are the EXO-AD, are one of the key factors behind that, which makes that product so powerful. It really fixes everything and helps to regenerate things like this because a lot of things can damage your barrier. And if you're having consistent redness issues and inflammatory issues, you may have something going on with your skin's barrier.
So, adding in something like the EXO-AD or the EXO-PDRN, I would say both of those together are always just a super winner. Something like that every day will help to heal that barrier in a matter of a couple of weeks. And then you just need to maintain that.
Keep using the right things, stay away from the things that are your triggers, and then you'll be looking good without any kind of… It's going to help you restore that nice balance. Absolutely. Yeah, I would think of that.
They're both balancing and healing, just all-around goodness. There's nothing negative about this. All right, so let's build a quick regimen for somebody who is battling redness and chronic inflammation.
Right. So obviously, let's start. Cleanser.
We're going to use a gentle cleanser. And I'm not saying you need to use our cleanser every single day, but I do feel that you should use the anti-aging 5% lactic cleanser. Sure.
At least a few times a week, to get the exfoliation. Other than that, use another over-the-counter cleanser that you would find at the drugstore. Something very sensitive, gentle.
Gentle. Babies, whatever you can find. So, cleanser skin, that's still always mandatory.
And then no toners or anything. Nothing astringent. Nothing with a low pH.
Don't do anything like that. No. And then you want to start with an antioxidant, which is vitamin C. And we've discussed before that this helps to reduce redness and calm it.
And I would also add a combination of the EXO-AD exosomes and the PDRN. Just make a mix of these. And then you can add in there either some of the hyaluronic acid or some of the epidermal growth factor, which also has a lot of hyaluronic acid in it.
Make like a super serum out of those products. At night, I do know of people who have rosacea who do use retinoids, but I would be very cautious. I would use just a teeny tiny little bit.
What about our Essential FX? That's a great suggestion, right? Because that has buguccio instead of the retinoids. That's an excellent idea. And I think that would be plenty calming.
I think so, yeah. Everything in there is vitamin A, but in a natural form. The natural essential oils.
I think that would be an excellent option. Yeah, that's a super option. What else? Anything else? Sunscreen is very important.
Sunscreen is always important. If you need extra hydration, your skin feels dry at all, and a couple of drops of Emu Oil would be perfect. Okay, well, let's just do what order do you put this on?
I should have said that to begin with. But we're going to wash our faces, and then we're going to put our serums on. So, put your EXO-AD or your PDRN, your Regenerate, Nano Hyaluronic, put those on.
Put your Vitamin C on. If you need a moisturizer, you can use the Emu Oil. You can use any moisturizer you like, something calming.
You could potentially use our Vitamin B. I think that would be a really good one to use. Top that with Emu Oil if you need, and then your SPF. And then at nighttime, go ahead, rewash your face.
You can definitely apply any of your serums again, of course. And then I would end off with either the Essential FX with the Bakuchiol and the Essential Oils, or if you did want to use Fusion A, maybe two times a week or something, you could undoubtedly try something more substantial, but obviously cut right back if that's irritating. Sounds good.
And they can mix the effects with the Fusion. And because you're going to dilute it. A little pump of this and about an equal part of that, mix it, and you've just diluted it to a .75 or something like that.
That would be another really good way to ease into something like that. And then if you see any irritation or redness, of course, back that right off. Using the right products can completely change how the skin looks and how it reacts.
Oh, yeah. Definitely a nice balance. For sure.
Just to recap, stop overloading your skin. Right. Gentle, simplify your regimen with a couple of gentle things.
Yeah. Use the right products, of course. Avoid the triggers.
Avoid irritants. Be patient. Yeah.
Be patient. Give it time to work. Give it some time.
