Sculptessence tm is derived from the linseed, Linum usitatissimum L, a member of the Linaceae family. AKA Flax seeds! The seeds evolved to produce unique polyholosides which as able to store large amounts of water. Sculptessence tm was developed from those purified polyholosides containing mainly xylose and also galactose, arabinose and rhamnose.
